I fixed that for you. Apparently, Hadjis can't live off of $75/bbl oil. UAE owes somebody (I dunno who you'd owe if you're the one with all the money in the first place ) $6 Billion and they can't pay it.

I know Dubai is going down and they keep sending people there for works and jobs and pay them less when they get there and steal there visa's kinda like SLAVES.
